Replace HDD with SSD

Why Replace HDD with SSD

In this day and age, SSD is gaining popularity among computer users. With faster read-write speed, SSD is definitely a better choice (users who have experience with the two kinds of hard drives should know this). Despite the higher cost per GB, advantage for SSD are power-saving, less noisy and more reliable. In a word, SSD satisfies the demands for most computer users to improve computer’s performance. Thus, when users want to upgrade their local drives, SSD is always the first choice.
Then what data should we migrate to SSD? We all know that the cost of SSD is much more expensive than that of HDD. Thus the most reasonable way is to migrate OS to SSD only. However, if you only want to keep one hard drive and you have got a SSD with huge storage space, you won’t care about such things.
Next well will tell how to upgrade the whole HDD with SSD. In this part, we need a partition magic which is called MiniTool Partition Wizard. It is a free partition management software that can be used to manage local drives in many aspects. When it comes to upgrade hard drive, this program offers two solutions for users to choose.
